Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your Haniko purchase. Because our products are handmade, please review our return and refund guidelines below.

1. Eligibility

We accept returns and issue refunds in the following cases:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item
  • The item is significantly different from what was described

Due to the handmade nature of our products, minor variations in color, size, and texture are expected and are not grounds for a return.

2. Return Window

You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

3. How to Request a Return

Email us at hello@amazinghaniko.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will respond within 2 business days with instructions.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original and place a new order.

7. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product), we will cover return shipping costs. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
